If you are lactose intolerant you should avoid creamy sauces! This creamy avocado pasta, you can without any problems!

I've always loved creamy sauces. I thought I have to give it up, because I am lactose intolerant and my stomach goes crazy with too much dairy products, but - tadaaa - all no problem here. This sauce is so creamy and good, perfect for anyone who wants to try dairy-free.

  • 180-200 g Pasta
Avocado sauce
  • 1 x Avocado
  • 1 x clove of garlic
  • 1 x Handful Basil
  • ¼ Cup Cashews
  • ½ Cup Soy cream
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp salt & pepper
  1. First cook pasta for about 8 minutes then almost completely drain off water. Only collect approx. 1-2 tablespoon.

  2. Meanwhile, add all ingredients to the blender and stir until creamy.

  3. Then add the sauce in the pot to the poured pasta and simmer for 2-3 minutes and let it sink easily.

  4. Done is the delicious and simple pasta!
