If you are lactose intolerant you should avoid creamy sauces! This creamy avocado pasta, you can without any problems!
I've always loved creamy sauces. I thought I have to give it up, because I am lactose intolerant and my stomach goes crazy with too much dairy products, but - tadaaa - all no problem here. This sauce is so creamy and good, perfect for anyone who wants to try dairy-free.
- +180 (200) g Pasta
- 1 x Avocado
- 1 x clove of garlic
- 1 x Handful Basil
- ¼ Cup Cashews
- ½ Cup Soy cream
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp italian herbs
- 1 tbsp salt & pepper
First cook pasta for about 8 minutes then almost completely drain off water. Only collect approx. 1-2 tablespoon.
Meanwhile, add all ingredients to the blender and stir until creamy.
Then add the sauce in the pot to the poured pasta and simmer for 2-3 minutes and let it sink easily.
Done is the delicious and simple pasta!
